I heard about a new mall being built across from Walmart. Does anyone know when and what will be built? Also, I heard about a new highschool being built at San Tan Heights and the new Anthem East. Is this true?

I know for sure there is a new high school being built at San Tan Heights. You would actually have to take Gary all the way near the end of it. You would see it to your right. I'm not sure about the one in Anthem though.
